Due to the nature of how the product is made, cancellations must be done within 24 hours of order being placed, no exceptions.

Due to the nature of the product there are no returns or refunds on bath and body products. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and provide a picture of the damaged package and product.

• Current lead times are 10-14 business days depending on order volume. All orders are made in small batches, packaged and shipped in the order they are received. 
• Holiday processing time is expected to be 14-30 business days. It is possible to place orders early with a requested ship date.
• Lead times may be extended for any reason due to complexity of gift tag label customization.

For best results and to keep freshness, use product within 6 months of purchasing. DO NOT expose your bath bombs or soaps to high temperture, humidity or direct sunlight. This will cause unwanted moisture residue, condensation, or fading of colorants.
